    I’m Alison, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, mom of two, and the Founder of Motherwell Nutrition.

    Over the last 13 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of women one-on-one and through my courses, shining a light on what’s going on inside their bodies so that they can feel good again. As a mom, I experienced the hormonal roller coaster of pregnancy to postpartum. Night sweats, exhaustion, brain fog, and molten lava mood swings. I used the same functional nutrition + hormone principles I offer my clients to help my own body return to normalcy. 

    But this is bigger than nutrition. I’m here to bust the myth that women have to crawl through motherhood. Mothers deserve to rise and thrive.
