Hi! I’m Alison, mom of two and a Registered Dietitian and Functional Nutritionist specializing in postpartum and motherhood health.

After giving birth to my first child, I experienced the unrelenting exhaustion, brain fog and 0-60 mood swings that left me wondering WTF was going on. I was able to change course and feel better quickly with a few key strategies that I’m teaching in this workshop!
