At the beginning of each month, we will gather ‘round the zoom for perimenopause 101. Come with your questions and get ready to dive into the science of changing hormones, HRT, nutrition, food & mood, your metabolism, and labs. You’ll learn what to eat, take and how to move to combat these hormone shifts.

Twice per month we get back together on Zoom to have a live Q&A coaching session. Questions about your labs, how to implement the protocol, and any other questions that have come up since our last workshop will be answered. You can pre-submit questions ahead of time if you can’t make it live.

Wait, but how do I know if how I feel is peri or postpartum?
Bad news: you can be both at the same time. Good news: I have something special for you. If you are within 2 years of giving birth AND you’re in the 40ish age range, then you need to flex your postpartum recovery muscles and do your peri prep at the same time. This workshop gives you all the details and helps make it easy for you. We don’t have to be sweaty bitches forever.

When can I join?

I already eat healthy. Will I learn anything?
Omg. Yes. Perimenopause Party is designed to help you identify what your unique body needs in perimenopause, which is different than what your body thrived on in decades past. If you’re experiencing common perimenopause symptoms such as night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings, insomnia, irritability, and funky periods, this program is for you. That said, if you have no desire to make any changes to what you’re eating then this probably isn’t the program for you.
Is this a live course?
Perimenopause Party is a group program with live workshops and group coaching. To get the most out of it, you’ll want to follow along in real time. The workshops are recorded and I write out my entire protocol so that you can easily reference all the info without having to re-watch any videos.
My kids run my life. Will I have time for this?
Here’s the thing. Hormone drama, no energy, bad sleep and foggy thinking takes up a TON of body and brain space. With balanced hormones and a fueled body, you’ll feel better and have more energy. That said, everything I present to you is mom friendly and operates on the basic assumption that time is a limited resource.
How long does it take to start feeling better?
Perimenopause Party gives you the tools and knowledge to take care of yourself for life. This isn’t a quick fix and I’m not going to greenwash you with 20 supplements. That said, I typically see changes in energy within days to weeks and hormone changes within weeks to months. Mood improvements or weight change can be more variable.
What’s your return policy?
All Perimenopause Party program purchases are non-refundable.
Will this help me lose extra weight?
My priority is to help you feel better. Although weight loss is not the focus of this course, difficulty losing weight is sometimes a side effect of certain hormonal imbalances and metabolic changes that come along with perimenopause. Some moms find weight management easier once their bodies have what they need.
I’m a vegetarian or have food restrictions. Will I be able to follow the food recommendations?
Yes. My food and meal recommendations follow a formula where you can plug your favorite foods into each category. The meal plans and recipes are for ease and inspiration but you don’t need to follow the exact ingredients in order to make it work for you. Important note: you will be most successful if you are able to be flexible on self-imposed food restrictions (I’m not references allergies here). Sometimes we feel the way we do because we haven’t had the foods that our bodies need for a long time. Being willing to take an objective look at what our bodies truly need for this next phase of life will set you up for better health.
