“I wish I had found Mother Recover right after giving birth. There is nothing out there I have found that addresses the post partum period like this program has. I’ve only made what I feel like are minor changes in my diet and routine and have seen lots of improvement.

I finally decided to try the program after battling high anxiety and creeping depression that I felt like was triggered after my last pregnancy. “Mother Recover is an excellent, evidence based resource for postpartum women. After your 6 week appointment, there is very little information available about nutrition and hormone health. I was not eating well after my baby was born and I was feeling the effects. I was feeling mentally foggy, exhausted, unable to sleep, and irritable. I felt like I was personally to blame until I started this course and discovered that how I was feeling was super normal. Once I adjusted my diet, I started to feel much more like myself. “Before starting Mother Recover I was kind of a hot mess even at 3 years postpartum. My body was seriously depleted and this program gave me the tools to rebuild without seeming overwhelming. I’ve found that when I commit to something by paying for it that I’m much more likely to show up and follow through. My advice for anyone considering joining would be to just do it and don’t overthink it.
